Abstract. The article consideres questions of the construction a model of radio signals with continuous phase modulation in foreign satellite communication systems based on the classification of the phase diagrams parameters. The conditions under which the required accuracy of estimates of the parameters of phase diagrams is achieved are considered, and as a result, the reliability of recognition of signal classes is ensured.
