300 – 350 GHz frequency range orotron with two electron beams

Abstract: Experiments on output power increasing in submillimeter orotron with double-row periodic structure (DRPS) and 5-focus spherocylindrical mirror open resonator(OR) were carried out. Additional electron beam was introduced near the upper row of DRPS. The mirror 5-th cylinder axes were perpendicular to the beam direction. The positive results depend on optimal OR-load coupling.
