Method for determining the values of the effective scattering area of radar objects in the solid angles of the upper hemisphere

Abstract: The paper describes a method for determining the values of the effective scattering area of radar objects in the solid corners of the upper hemisphere. The methodology uses experimental and calculated data. The values are determined due to joint integrated data processing and taking into account restrictions on the conditions of location, time and accuracy. The methodology organized an iterative verification of the convergence of the functions of probability distribution of values. All data is organized into arrays. Formulas for the distribution of data over solid angles are given. The paper presents the results of processing and comparing the known and new proposed methods.
