Method of slowly varying frequency in radio wave measurements

Abstract. It is shown that if the quasiharmonious representation for a wave with the limited slowly varying frequency exists, then it is unique. Necessary and sufficient condition for the wave’s with slowly varying amplitude and frequency existence is a slow varying parameters of the environment through the wave propagates, and that the wave’s source is the oscillator with slowly varying parameters.
