Abstract. We consider theoretical
questions of constructing radio and radar systems, synthesized in the class of
smooth matching of spectrum interference, and general discontinuous Markov
processes based on influence functions of the theory of robust statistics.
Using a new quasi-parametric approach as a criterion for the optimal robust
detection and method of robust nonlinear filtering. Synthesized algorithms are
implemented in the form of nonlinear differential equations with random
right-hand side that can be solved numerically.
