Abstract. The junction
of the inductance of the traveling wave antenna with the underlying environment
was received with the parametric optimization of cross-sectional dimensions of
current-carrying lines of this traveling wave antenna. The equation of the
subsurface sensing antenna is given. The parameters of the antenna measured
relative to the dry concrete are also given. Irregularity of the S-parameters
of the matrix (< 8.5 %) in d. ch. 0.3-700 MHz allows to
evaluate UWB antenna as a characteristic of T-waves.
