Abstract.
The question about influence of anisotropic properties of a ferrite film upon
temperature coefficients of the basic types of magnetostatic waves is
discussed. Films with cubic magnetic anisotropy and surface type of the wave
are investigated in details. It is revealed that at magnetization along a
<100> axis the temperature dependences of saturation magnetization and of
anisotropy field partially, and in some cases completely, compensate each other,
increasing thermostability of frequencies. Results of experimental
investigations of yttrium iron garnet films are given.
