Abstract.
Equivalent
circuit based model of planar open ring resonator interacting with bicrystal YBa2Cu3O7-x
Josephson junction was developed. This model is used for frequency
characterization of planar open ring resonators by the ac Josephson effect. Validity
of the model in frequency range from 40 GHz to 700 GHz was demonstrated.
