PEER REVIEW
(Russian page)

All incoming articles are reviewed according to established order.

The reviewers are selected by the editorial board members. All reviewers are acknowledged experts in the field of reviewed material and have publications on the subject of reviewed articles.

Reviewing is single blind: the author does not know the name of the reviewer. If the author wants to raise objections or respond to comments from reviewer, he should send the email to the editorial board, which transmits it to the reviewer.

Reviewers are informed by the editorial board that articles are intellectual property of authors and can't be used by reviewers for their personal goals.

Reviewers  have a responsibility to keep confidentiality and not to disclose content of reviewed articles before publishing.

Reviewer should access the article impartially. The review should contain reviewer's comments, suggestions and the conclusion about the possibility to accept the article in the original form, after revision, or to reject it.

After receipt of the review, editorial secretary presents it on the meeting of the editorial board members, where the final decision about this article is made. The author is received the review or motivated refusal.

The article, updated according to comments, is considered by the reviewer and editorial members once again.

If the article is rejected by the editorial board, this decision is final.

Reviews are stored in the editorial office for 5 years. Editorial staff must send copies of reviews in the Ministry of Education and Science on demand.
